Friday (July 8): Relaxing

Since its been a busy few days, we took some time to relax today.  I hung out at the hospital since the doctors decided I wasn't quite ready to go home yet.

And I went to a new frozen yogurt place with Daddy and Pop

Thursday (July 7): My First Day

Today was a busy day, first I had to have my hearing tested.  Lucky for me, I didn't even have to wake up!

Then Jax and Nana and Pop came back for another visit.  I was really excited to see my big brother again.

Since he brought me a bear, I figured it was only fair if I returned the favor and got him a present.  Daddy helped me pick something we knew Jax would love and man was he surprised!

Then I spent some time just trying to figure this all out.  Man there is a lot to look at around here!

Wednesday (July 6): Finally!!!

Today was the big day, it was FINALLY time for Baby Sister to come!  While Mommy and Daddy went to the hospital, I got to go to Sky Zone with Nana and Pop.  I think I got the better end of the deal, don't you?  Especially because I got Pop to come in the foam pit with me!!

While I was jumping and having fun, there were some big things happening.  Baby Sister was born at 1:13 PM!!!  She weighed 6 pounds, 5 ounces and was 18.25 inches long.

After my nap, I got to go to the hospital to meet her.  Mommy and Daddy and I figured it was time to finally decide on a name now that Baby Sister was here.  We decided to call her Addison Michelle.

I was so excited to finally get to hold her and kiss her!

I brought her a bear that I made before she came along with the cupcakes I made yesterday.  I think she likes the bear better!

So I'm obviously new to all this...but Jax says I'm supposed to tell everyone all about the fun things we do.  I guess we'll have to start tomorrow because I'm pretty tired, being born is tough work!

Tuesday (July 5): Final Prep Day for Baby Sister

So this is my last day to get ready for Baby Sister. To welcome her properly, I wanted to make cupcakes to bring to the hospital. It was a long process with a break in the park between steps, but I made em all kinds of yummy. Hopefully everyone enjoys them! Mommy said we would give them to the nurses as well, so that will be pretty cool.
