Friday (January 23): Inside and Outside

 

Mommy and I started the morning with a visit to our library.

 

So many books, so little time!

 

Once we got home, it was time to enjoy the warmer weather and play in the snow!

 

Sydney agreed that it was a good idea and she had a lot of fun.

 

I finally found my lawn mower after searching for a bit.

 

It was totally buried!

 

This outfit is almost too adorable...

Tuesday (January 20): 22 Months!

 

By now you all understand what it means when it's the 20th.

 

I was actually pretty into taking pictures this month.

 

My bud Stanley seemed a little out of it though.

 

So I decided to give him a little tickle to wake him up.

 

I am pretty sure that worked well.

 

Then it was time to sit with Sydney.

 

At this point the pictures were getting old so I tried the old "look over there" trick...

 

Daddy didn't fall for it.

 

For a new twist, Mommy said I should take a few shots with my jeans on.

 

Don't I look all grown up?

Monday (January 19): My New Moves!

 

Mommy and Daddy were finally able to get video of me rocking my new dance moves.

Sunday (January 18): To the Zoo!

 

 

 

Today we took a trip to the zoo. Since it was a little cooler out, the animals were moving around a lot.

 

 

The lions were doing their best to stay warm lounging inside.

 

 

But the meerkats were out and about!

 

After walking around for a bit, we stopped for a quick snack.

 

At the end of our visit, we swung back around to say goodbye to the giraffes.

 

 

And we got to feed them!!

 

 

And for dinner, Mommy let me help her make tofu!! 

No matter what Daddy says, I think tofu is pretty cool.

Saturday (January 17): What's for Dinner?

 

Let's start this post with a selfie...man I'm cute.

 

Now that I am done being cute, what's for dinner?

 

So this is the new method that Mommy and Daddy use for me to pick out dinner.

 

The theory is if I see something that I want to eat, I might actually eat it.

 

Jackpot!

Tuesday (January 13): Snow Table!?!

 

Tonight started like any other night, I of course helped with dinner.

 

And all of a sudden, Daddy filled my sensory table with snow!

 

At first I wasn't so sure about it, because it was a little cold.

 

But I quickly got past that.

 

I wish it would snow year-round!

Monday (January 12): Shovel, Shovel

It snowed today while we were all gone, so Daddy and I had work to do when we got home!

 

 

It was time to bust out my new shovel

 

 

I think I'm getting the hang of it

 

Man, this is hard work!

 

Looks like Sydney had fun too!

Sunday (January 11): Moose Coat

 

 

Today, I got to wear my new moose coat to the store.  It was so warm and cozy!!!

 

 

 

Who knew that moose liked to snack on cheese?!?

Friday (January 9): Chef in Training



Mommy said we were having chips for dinner and that I could help make them!

 

First, we had to mix them all up with the extra special spices

 

And then we laid them out on a tray to bake

 

 

While they were cooking, I got to do one of my favorite things...bang, bang!  Mommy said it was for dessert for tomorrow.  I was a little sad about destroying cookies but it was worth it to bang, bang!



Tuesday (January 6): More Presents?!?

 

I thought the holidays were over and presents were done, but when I got home from school today there was ANOTHER present from Aunt Rae Rae and Aunt Andie

 

If only I could figure out what all of those squiggly things mean...

Sunday (January 4): Dinner Time?

 

Today I went to my first carwash...I didn't think it was very much fun until Mommy let me take selfies :)

 

Mommy and Daddy said it was dinnertime, but I was still playing with my kitchen set.  So I thought I'd bring it with me...

 

I don't think Mommy was very impressed.
