Friday (August 22): My First Baseball Game

So we were weathered out the first time we tried to go to a ball game,
so we gave it a try again tonight.

There were so many things for me to see and people to watch.

And yeah...we were only 4 rows up...

I even got my groove when they played music between innings.

All of a sudden, a fox came walking up from out of nowhere.

He seemed pretty friendly, but I wasn't sure at first.

We got along for a bit, but I think I was done by the end.

I can't wait to go to my next game!

Thursday (August 21): Tamale Pie Night

So almost every picture Mommy and Daddy have of me eating is either Italian or peanut butter.

So today I showed them how I have expanded my horizons with food by eating some
of the Tamale Pie that Mommy and Daddy made.

I would tell you about what I am eating, but instead I will stuff my face.

And continue stuffing....

And stuff a little more..

Man this is good!

Wednesday (August 20): 17 months!?

Ever since I figured out that I can take off these ties, I have made
Mommy and Daddy really work for these pictures.

We had to start with our standard picture with Stanley.

Sydney looked lonely so I decided to give her a hug.

Then I took a quick nap...not really, but Stanley is really soft.

Are we done yet?

Ah, a selfie to end it..nicely done Mommy.

Saturday (August 16): Zoo and Bubbles

Today Mommy and I went to the zoo with KC and the girls.

It seems the wall was just a bit to high for me...where's a stool?

Afterwards we went out for lunch, isn't it amazing how much Talie has grown?

When we got home, Daddy showed me how the bubble gun works.

That thing sure puts out a lot of bubbles!

Thursday (Aug 14): Snack Time

Snack was supposed to be apples and peanut butter, but I had other ideas...

And things went downhill pretty quickly after that

Saturday (Aug 9): Mt. Everest

Or at least the kitchen table :)

I scaled it while no one was looking...and guess what I found at the top...a book!  This is great!

Friday (August 8): The Chase

The classic tale of a boy and his dog.

Thursday (August 7): Nap and a Heavy Bag

So I think Mommy waited just a bit to long to make my lunch.

At least it was a great nap!

Since I had all kinds of energy after that nap, it was time to take it out on the heavy bag with Daddy.

Daddy showed me a few moves and so was good to go for a few rounds on the bag.

Daddy got tired so I had to finish the workout all by myself...poor Daddy.

Tuesday (August 5): Paint in the Tub

So Mommy said that I could paint the bathroom tonight.

This isn't exactly what I had in mind.

But I ran with it anyway.

After awhile, I decided that I had to taste some of the paint...

I immediately regretted that decision.

I felt that the Braveheart warpaint look would totally work for me.

Pretty cute, ain't I?

Saturday (August 2): Potty Test Drive

Mommy and Daddy bought me a big boy potty so I wanted to try it out.

I think I got this right...didn't I?

Friday (August 1): Day at the Playground

So it was the last day of Grandma's and Grandpa's visit,
so they took me to the playground before they left.

I had a great time! I am really getting the hang of this.

We finished the day with my absolute favorite, the tube slide!

Thursday (July 31): Dinosaurs?

We found a dinosaur museum to explore for the day, it was pretty cool since they
had some that were my size and others were huge.

Then Grandpa tried to feed me to a T-Rex!!!

After we got home, Grandpa and Daddy went out and picked up some end tables from the store.

Climbing this seems so engrained in my DNA...any ideas why?
(Daddy has a history with this not working out well if you hadn't heard the story)

Monday (July 28): Hangin' Out

Today was a day to relax, so I felt it was time to get in some good reading.

Luckily for Grandpa, I know these books pretty well, so I told him the story myself.

We took a break from reading to watch a rocket launch on the TV.

After watching the launch, I wanted to play hide-and-seek...I think Daddy was cheating.

I didn't even get a chance to get into my hiding spot!

Saturday (July 26): Zoo Time

Is this thing on?

Today we took Grandma and Grandpa to the Zoo.

There was a lot of walking, but I was up to the challenge.

After awhile so it seemed Grandpa might get lost, so I decided I should lead him around.

After all that walking, we needed to find somewhere to sit down,
and I am pretty sure this seat was made for me.
