Aunt KC let Mommy and Daddy borrow their hiking backpack to try out.
It was a lot of fun and way comfier! I could get used to this :)

Monday (July 9): First Day of School
Today was my first day at my new school
I thought I should bring some books but Mommy said they would have plenty

Sunday (June 1): The Gods had a Garden?
So today, we decided to take a little field trip to the Garden of the Gods. I don't think these gods knew what they were doing....it looks like they were growing rocks instead of plants...
I decided it would be a good idea to sit on a big rock that was barely balancing on a small ledge.
It was pretty cool, I guess I wasn't heavy enough yet to make it fall over.
After awhile, I was inspired by all of the other people who were climbing on the rocks so I figured it was my turn to give it a try..I thought I did pretty good, with Daddy's help of course.
Friday (May 30): To the Airport!
So today, Nana, Mommy and I are flying ahead and meeting Daddy and Papa
out west as they drive the car with Syd.
Since I was going to take another ride on an aircraft,
I figured I would brush up on my piloting skills first just to be safe.
After a few touch and goes, I was ready to board the plane.
The flight wasn't completely full in our section, so I got to sit like a big boy for some of the flight.
It was good to have the extra space, it allowed me to catch up on my reading.
We finally arrived at the house we'll be at for a couple of weeks and Mommy decided it would be a good idea to get me a new toy to play with...I think she made the right choice!
Thursday (May 29): The Move Begins!
Before we left for the mountains, we made one final stop to say goodbye to Sensei.
When we got back to the apartment, I decided to check
and make sure the movers were doing a good job.
Daddy said he could drive the truck, but we all know how that worked out last time,
maybe I should give it a try instead!
Wednesday (May 28): Early Check-up
Since we are moving, Mommy scheduled my 15 month check up a little early.
The doctor said I am growing big and strong, just how I should be!
Monday (May 26): Another Day at the Park
Today we went to a different kind of park
It was a really cool park, we got to bring Sydney
And they had cannons
It was really neat
Of course I had to climb up and check it out
After all that climbing, I was pretty tired so I rode in my stroller for a bit. It was a windy day which made my hair feel funny.
Tuesday (May 20): Photo Ops Galore
I was hoping I'd escape this month since we were away, but no such luck...14 months old today!
The hotel had a pretty nice chair
I could even stand up in it
Its too bad Stanley couldn't make the trip
Speaking of trips, tonight was another plane ride. It was lots of fun, we got to try out a moving sidewalk.
Then we got special seats on the airplane where I had room to play.
There was even enough room for me to stand up! What a great trip
Sunday (May 18): A Day at the Park
Today we went to the park with my friends Lily and Maddie and KC
I got to get down and walk around...
Then we climbed on some rocks...
And then I found something really cool...
A hole in the wall!
So of course, I had to go thru it :)
With all that climbing and walking, I wore out my shoes. So Mommy and Daddy took me shopping for my first pair of big boy shoes.
And then to make a good day even better, we went out for dinner. And they let me have some whipped cream.
Saturday (May 17): This One!
Today we looked for some more houses, but first we did some shopping. This is my new team and my new view!

Friday (May 16): On the Road Again
It was back on a plane for us today. Mommy and Daddy said we were going to look for a house. I'm not really sure what that means, but they sure packed a lot of stuff!
Lucky me, they packed my iPad and some snacks :)
