Thursday (October 31): Trick or Treat

 

 Mommy and Daddy said today was a fun day called Halloween.  Best I could tell, it was another excuse for them to take pictures and tease me with delicious smelling candy I can't have.

 

 

One of these has to have an opening!

 

Oh yeah, its also an excuse to show off another goofy outfit...this one has Frankenstein on my pants!

 

 

Mommy felt bad about teasing me with the Reese's...so they decided to let me try out real peanut butter.  It was awesome!

 

 

Then it was time to get ready for the trick or treaters...so Daddy lit the Jax O Lantern

 

 

And then we put back on my costume and went for a walk.  It was fun to see all the big kids running around and eating candy all dressed up.  Daddy says I can do that next year too!

Wednesday (October 30): Jax O' Lantern

 

My day started out with a trip to the doctors office. I'm getting really big and strong...now I weigh 17 lbs!

 

Once Daddy got home, we decided to carve my pumpkin. I helped by taking off the top.

 

Once we did that, I had to check out the inside...it was gross!

 

After Daddy cleaned out the insides, they let me play with some, so I decided to taste it.  It was a bad idea.. it tastes as gross as it looks.

 

Afterwards, of course they made me pose with my Jax O' Lantern!  But its really cool, so I didn't mind.

Tuesday (October 29): Another New Trick!

So I finally decided that rolling from place to place wasn't any fun...so instead I'm now doing this:

 

 

 

 

Mommy told Daddy that they have to baby-proof the apartment this weekend....

 I wonder what brought that on?

Sunday (October 27): Party Time!

Today was the Halloween party at the gym, so I got all dressed up in my costume again.  This time Daddy did too....and not just in my hat this time :)

 

 

Daddy said Mommy was a party pooper for not dressing up too, but I still love her!

 

Sensei didn't really dress up either, but I still love him too!

 

 

It was a great party, they even had a DJ so I got to dance!

 

Here I am getting ready for the costume parade. 

 

 

I'm not so sure about this pot thing guys...you know its just a costume, right?!?

 

Time for the parade!  Guess this pot isn't so bad after all, in fact its kind of comfy in here.

 

 There were prizes for the costumes...guess who won one?

 

That's right, ME!  Now its official, I am the cutest!!!

 



 

Hmm, I wonder what's in here?  I hope its puffs or maybe asparagus!

 

 

Saturday (October 26): Pumpkin Time!

So today Mommy, Daddy and I went to a local farm to pick out some pumpkins for Halloween.

 

 

Of course this meant time for more pictures. I figured they would, so I wore my orange monkey jacket so I would blend in with the pumpkins.

 

 

These things are bigger than me!

 

 

Finally I found one my size.

Sunday (October 20): One More Picture!

Sunday (October 20): 7 Months Old Today

 

Today was my 7 month birthday..so of course more pictures. I thought they took enough yesterday but I guess I should know better by now....

 

 

 

 

6 months makes quite a difference... (the ties are the same size!!)

Sydney decided she wanted to be in the pictures too.

 

She also decided to give me a kiss....how sweet.

Soon enough, I won't need the walker. Mommy and Daddy are in trouble.....



Saturday (October 19): Halloween Party Part 1

Today we went to a local farm for a kids concert and Halloween party.

 

 

The band took awhile to get ready so I decided to relax on a bench.

 

After that, Daddy helped me get dressed. I think he was confused about who was supposed to wear the hat. Mommy says we have to keep him anyway and its only gonna get worse from here....

 

 

My friend Mayah came along to enjoy the concert too. So of course, her mommy and my mommy decided we needed to take more pictures.

 

 

I decided to check out Mayah's costume.

 

Who knew lobsters ate bees?

 

 

Pop said that lobsters belong on rocks, not attacking bees.

 

Or at the very least, they belong with their Nana and Pop.

 

Finally the band showed up so Mayah and I decided to dance.

Friday (October 18): Fun Friday

What a great week! Nana and Pop came to visit again and we had a lot of fun. They even watched me so I got to play hooky from school on Thursday.

 

 

Friday started off great, Nana and Pop came to story time with me. Once we were done singing and playing with the other kids, I got to read some books with Nana.

 

 After dinner, everybody decided they wanted dessert so we went to Merry Mead for ice cream.

 

 

They FINALLY decided to share some with me!

I cant believe they've been holding out on me for so long.

 

Wednesday (October 9): Do Dah Rewind

When we were in Maine for Do Dah, our friend Andrew took a few photos for us and we thought we'd share.

 

 

Mommy and Daddy said this is right where they were standing when they got married.

 

When you are in Maine, you have to get a picture on the dock.

Sunday (October 6): I Hate Goodbyes

 

Before Grandma and Grandpa had to leave I spent some time showing off my standing skills on my play mat, I am getting really good at this standing stuff.

Saturday (October 5): Day of Fun

 

First I played with Grandma and Grandpa while Mommy and Daddy were at the gym.

 

Then we went to one festival where I got to check out a cool fire truck.

 

Then we went to another festival that had a petting zoo. First I pet a donkey.

 

And then I pet a goat. It was a good day.
